The Investors Network LTD Acceptable Use Policy

This acceptable use policy covers the products, services, and technologies (collectively referred to as the 'Products') provided by The Investors Network LTD under any ongoing agreement. It's designed to protect us, our customers, and the general Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activity.

The Investors Network LTD customers found engaging in activities prohibited by this acceptable use policy can be liable for service suspension and account termination. In extreme cases, we may be legally obliged to report such customers to the relevant authorities.

Fair Use

Our Products must not be used for advertising, transmitting, or making available any software, program, product, or service designed to violate this acceptable use policy. This includes but isn't limited to:

• Facilitating the means to send spam.
• Initiation of network sniffing, pinging, packet spoofing, flooding, mail-bombing, and denial-of-service attacks.
• Unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of any information about our customers or end-users.
• Publishing or transmitting content or links that incite violence, depict child pornography, or threaten health and safety.
• Any violation of a person's privacy.

Unauthorized Use of The Investors Network LTD Property

We prohibit the impersonation of The Investors Network LTD, the representation of a significant business relationship with The Investors Network LTD, or ownership of any The Investors Network LTD property (including our Products and brand) for the purpose of fraudulently gaining service, custom, patronage, or user trust.

About This Policy

This policy outlines a non-exclusive list of activities and intent we deem unacceptable and incompatible with our brand.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time by publishing the revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective from the earlier of:

The Investors Network LTD Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Investanet.com, we strive to provide the highest quality property searching, evaluation, and management services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the process for requesting one.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• The service was not delivered as expected.
• The service was not delivered as described on our website.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• User dissatisfaction not related to service description or non-delivery.
• Any services successfully rendered or accessed by the customer.
• Subscription-based services after renewal (see Section 4).
• Custom advisory or consultancy services (see Section 5).
• Issues arising from third-party service failures (see Section 7).

3. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

4. Refunds for Subscription-Based Services

If you have subscribed to ongoing services on Investanet.com, please note the following:

• Refunds are not available for renewed subscription payments. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
• Refunds may be issued for the first subscription payment if a request is made within the 14-day refund window.
• No refunds will be granted for partially used subscription periods.

To cancel a subscription and avoid renewal charges, customers must:

5. Refunds for Custom or Bespoke Services

For any custom work, consultancy, or bespoke services, refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• If the service has been delivered, no refund will be granted.

6. Partial Refunds & Pro-Rated Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

• If an error in billing has resulted in overcharging, a refund for the excess amount will be processed.
• If a service is terminated early due to Investanet.com's inability to deliver, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the unused portion of the service.

7. Third-Party Services & Open Banking Disclaimer

Investanet.com integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Open Banking) to enhance our services. Please note:

• We do not provide refunds for issues caused by third-party service failures, including but not limited to banking integrations, external data feeds, and API outages.
• Customers experiencing issues with third-party providers should contact the respective service provider directly.
• Refund eligibility applies only to services directly provided by Investanet.com.

8. Refund Processing Time & Payment Methods

If a refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Refunds may be subject to processing fees depending on the payment provider's policies.

9. Denial of Refund Requests

Investanet.com reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

• Suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Multiple refund requests from the same customer without valid cause.
• Failure to provide necessary information to support a refund request.
